Responsibilities

Responsible for processing payments for cafeteria transactions and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.

Receiving cash at the beginning of work shift and counting the money in the drawer to verify accuracy.

Greeting each guest as they go through the line.

Itemizing and ringing food and beverage items into register.

Ensuring that the correct price is charged for all items.

Collecting payment from all food service guests, making accurate change for the transaction.

Maintaining a clean and sanitary work place for guests and co-workers.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
